  1. How will you acknowledge my magazine subscription order?

An email acknowledgement of your magazine subscription order will be sent to you almost immediately once you place your order. This will confirm the details of what you have bought, the address or addresses to which the issues will be sent, your subscriber number and details of when the subscription will start and end.

  1. How often will I receive the magazine?

Subscribers will receive ten issues of the magazine for each year on which a subscription has been purchased: one each month excepting August and December. Delivery dates vary depending on your location, but each issue will be dispatched to your specified delivery address on or before the 15th of the month in which it is published. If you have any questions about the delivery of your issues, please contact our subscription manager by emailing subs@intersec.co.uk or call +44 (0)1932  566921.

  1. How do I change my address?

You can notify us of a change of address by emailing subs@intersec.co.uk or calling +44 (0)1932  566921.

  1. How secure are my credit card details?

All the information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that when you submit the order from the online form to our computer, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line. Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area away from our internet pages.

  1. What if my magazine issue doesn't arrive?

Simply contact our subscription manager by emailing subs@intersec.co.uk or call +44 (0)1932  566921. They will check we have your correct address details and arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.

  1. What if a magazine arrives damaged?

  1. What is the price in USD$?

Prices will be converted by your Credit Card company at the current rate of exchange. This rate will fluctuate.

  1. I have ordered a subscription by mistake. Can I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled if you notify us in writing within 28 days of confirmation of payment. Your payment will be refunded, less a 10% administration fee. To cancel your subscription, please send an email to subs@intersec.co.uk labeled “Subscription Cancellation” including your subscriber number, name, email address and bank details. Alternatively, please call +44 (0)1932  566921. Refunds will be made by direct bank transfer.

 

  1. I no longer require my subscription. Can I can cancel my subscription and/or receive a refund.

We only offer refunds on subscriptions if you notify us within 28 days of payment being received. We are happy to cancel delivery of the magazine after this period if required, but no full or partial refund will be offered.
